Off-Site Image Backups

Our off-site backups are HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, CIS, NIST, & SOX compliant. We provide this service as part of any standard managed services agreement, but we can also back up your servers.*

*Server backup are $50 per 500GB plus a $25 per-server license fee each month.


Help Desk & Remote Support

This service is provided to give you a convenient and simple way to communicate incidents, problems, tasks, and questions to us for prompt response and resolution.

*Urgent tickets are only for issues which stop or heavily impede the functionality of your business. This includes but is not limited to network outages, server outages, equipment failure, and anything causing entire inability to operate.


Cost & Summary

You can choose from 2 plans depending on the level of support you anticipate, and the fee will simply be added on to the price of your lease. We can “roll in” any pre-move-in wiring or setup and network hardware if you’d like. We can also include the workstation hardware (computer, monitor, printers, network equipment, etc.) in the monthly cost for a truly all-inclusive lease on an as-needed basis.
